The grand entrance of urban oak brings excitement and relaxation at the same time with the look and feel of it. Private Park is a serene place to take long strolls and chat with other community members. The long stretch of hills is a great view that no one would miss a day. Nonetheless, being close to Costco is bliss for a family to have nearhand access to groceries.

Home

This home is situated in a unique place in the community. This is a corner unit but has additional advantages compared to any other corner unit. This unit has a beautiful view over the wide space covering the gathering and small play area.

Kitchen

We have a lot of memories with friends in this area. The beautiful island made with premium quartz is a great attraction to the home. We cooked and baked at this place for many events and cherished many moments there. I like the pantry because it’s so HUGE and accommodates anything. I am not exaggerating. You will find it yourself.

Bedrooms

Bedrooms are spacious and elegantly placed to get light into all bedrooms based on the time of the day. We have converted one of the bedrooms into our WFH office. I like the spot where I have a view outside, and spacious enough for us to work together. Also, we utilized this room as a media room on Fridays for our movie nights. We spent almost every Friday evening here with our friends and family there.

Shopping

Our default shopping place is 4 miles away at Westfield Oakridge Mall, which also has a theater to enjoy movies outdoors. Our favorite drink is Bobba tea there.

Food

There is a nice restaurant strip near Cottle Rd, 1 mile from home or 15 min walk. There are some good and nice restaurants around this area. My favorite is MOD Pizza. I enjoy some Indian fusion pizzas as well. Also, In-N-Out is very close too 🙂

Groceries

There are multiple grocery stores nearby. Safeway, Lucky, and Target are within a 2-mile radius. Costco is right in front of the community.

Commute

● VTA light rail station is very close and takes only 5 minutes to walk from home.

● Caltrain station is 1 mile away if you want to travel to San Francisco or San Jose Diridon station.

● SJC airport/ Downtown is around 15 min drive from home.

● 15 min drive to Santa Clara Fairgrounds.

● VTA Express bus stop (102) is at the VTA light rail station to commute to Palo Alto

Gyms

City Sports Club and Club Sports are close to this home, within 10 mins’ reach.

Outdoor activities

I love the Santa Teresa Golf Course, which is 5 mins away from home. I am not a pro, but I like the Golf range and use it whenever I feel like spending outdoors.

Health Care

There is a Kaiser Hospital and multiple dental hospitals nearby. My son was born at Kaiser Hospital, and I know how relieved I was when I had to take him there on the day of delivery.

Besides everything, there is a Santa Teresa DMV, which is also 5min away from home, which is convenient if you can’t book an appointment, and no need to wait there for your turn.
