48 Parc Place Drive, Milpitas, CA

Great Mall has been the centerpiece for the year we stayed at 48 Parc Pl. Not only for us but our parents. They enjoyed the morning walks in the great mall. We enjoyed shopping and setting up our nascent home with the help of the Great Mall.

Whether it be Star Wars or Avatar, we made it in time due to the next block of Century theaters. We like to premium experience of walking to a theater.

BART has been the cornerstone of several of us living here thereafter. This helped us get to the City of Fremont with ease. The 5 min walk reminds me of the NYC lifestyle I cherished in my younger days.

Clubhouse and Pool & Spa amenities:

It was always wonderful to get into the spa and pool. That was one of our best go-to recreations after a tiring day at work. The clubhouse is big and excellent for hosting parties. That is a big plus that comes with this house. Finally, having our first child and taking her to the Jacuzzi and pool helped us relax with a small child. We celebrated kids’ birthdays in the clubhouse and nearby parks with BBQ grills.

Wonderful Neighborhood

So many memories of taking our child on a stroller walk around the neighborhood, a safe and pleasant environment.

Corner Unit having a separate entrance was one of our big criteria when we brought the place. Excellent privacy being a corner unit with additional windows, which gave more ventilation.
Additional entry space between the main and outside doors gives endless possibilities. You have to be creative in using that space: nice indoor plants, paintings, and more. You can have your mini greenhouse there if you are a garden lover.
Patio seating has been one of my favorite ones. Have some plants to the side, read a book, and enjoy the outside view with a fresh air breeze.
Bedrooms are very spacious. As our family expanded, we could easily accommodate Cal King in the master with ample closet space.
Storage space has never been an issue for Kitchen. The laundry space has space for additional storage.
