The first thing which attracts me is the Rose plants in front of the front door. Those beautiful year-round rose flowers will welcome you home. We have various rose flowers in different colors that always give happiness every time you see and feel. Additionally, trimming those rose plants while sipping a coffee is always a fun activity.

Modular Kitchen – Who doesn’t love modular kitchens?

When we bought this House, the kitchen was one thing that made our decision easy. The modular kitchen has many cabinets and ample space for anything to fit in.

Abundant Natural Lighting. Best of the Lot

Living room, main bedroom, kids’ room, or office/guest room blessed with natural lighting; when we were looking for a house to buy, this was one of the main criteria for my wife and me, and we found this. We can’t imagine how much happiness this natural lighting brings into the House. We never had to power on the lights before sunset all summer. Natural lighting is a bigger part of natural living for my family and me.

Townhomes with Single-family homes feel.

With three open sides,e home feels like a single-family home; whether to party or play loud music, you never have to worry about disturbing neighbors.

With just four units in the community, you always feel more secure, with less traffic, less maintenance, and a healthy environment.

Lemon & Pomegranate trees always make you feel like having lemonade; I bet these two trees produce California’s best lemonade & pomegranate. We were blessed to have these trees in the backyard. Yes, even I don’t need to water them such selfless beings. My kids enjoyed lemonade stands on weekends for the pleasure of joggers and strollers.
Of all the above, summer evening parties & family dinners in the backyard are the best.

Neighborhood

Right across the street, with a huge park, tennis courts, and basketball court, It was a happening place when it came to morning or evening walks for us. Kids never got bored biking, flying kites, and running around. We used to have long walks inside the green ground, which helped us achieve our health goals during the pandemic; you don’t have any excuses for physical workouts.

Any Shopping is just a few minute’s drives. Santana Row, West gate mall, and Valley fair mall are less than 5 miles radius and easily commutable; believe me, I never went for anything beyond these shopping giants. We even nicknamed all three “Tri-valley Malls.”

Eatery joints mushroom around; we go and grab, strolling in whenever we like. Getting onto the 280 freeway is less than 3 mins, which makes our life so easy to commute.

Overall, it was not just a house but a beautiful Home.
