We loved the home is small, with an excellent layout. We love the single-story home. Perfect in looks and easy to maintain. It is a very cozy layout, wonderfully designed with windows in every room, filling them with natural bright light. The lot size is good enough for future expansion as well. Again, the current floor plan allows easy extensions.

Outdoor

Beautiful large patio with a cover provides ample space to entertain friends and families. Also has sufficient lawn area for kids to play and families to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Quiet Neighborhood & Schools

Excellent & quiet neighborhood throughout the area of the evergreen city. The neighbors to the home are also very friendly, well-behaved, quiet & caring. Even though there is no gated community, our street being a small court, all of the neighbors on the court have a belongingness. Another point to remember, this home doesn’t add HOA to your burden. Obviously, we see the public schools for this home are excellent !

Upgrades
