When we return from the office and step out of the car, the first thing which attracts me is the Mt. Hamilton range. The range never fails to surprise me every day with beautiful views.

Those year-round beautiful sunrises & sunsets in ranges feel like we are in Napa Valley.

Spacious Kitchen

Open kitchen with mountain views feels like doing the dishes, breeze 🙂 The kitchen has many cabinets and ample space for anything to fit in. The big island offers a lot of room to host many parties. People can simultaneously cook and help prepare lunches/dinners in the kitchen when bigger groups are at festivals or random parties.

I Like Natural Lighting

I can’t say enough of this. Another reason we fell in love with this home is because of the corner unit with ample light for three sides. This was one of the main criteria for me and my

idea. ‘That’s what my friends like most in my house; having arranged living rooms this way makes it look huge and lively. Both the master & 2nd bedrooms offer great views of Mt. Hamilton feels like not getting out of bed.

Is it a Garage?

Very few houses in the community have additional space in the garage. The extra space has offered me to store stuff and make an office space. You can even call it a Man save. As a fun activity, I even converted one of the walls into a writable surface which helps me with my work.

Neighborhood

With Just a minute’s walk away from home, it is never easy for the kids to get bored. Multiple common area spaces and play structures are for kids, my wife, and me. It was a happening place when it came to a morning or evening walks. Less than 3 mins drive away, we have a quiet penitence park if you want to be away from home for a walk. An additional county park planning adjacent to the community is in progress and should be completed this year.

Amazing community

I liked to be part of this rare urban community of homes with real boundaries separated by walls around the neighborhood. These long walkways around the community helped me achieve my health goals during the pandemic; you don’t have any excuses for physical workouts. The people in the community are very active & helpful.

Like Shopping, Dining?

Most places are less than 15 mins drive, be it Great Mall, Capitol Square Mall, SJC Airport, IT Office, SJC Downtown, or Alum rock park. Lots of upcoming restaurants close to the BART station & many options to order from Uber Eats & Doordash.

Are you traveling soon?

Need to take a trip to SFO during working days? The BART station is just a mile away. Last-minute catching of flights is so easy. VTA station is just 2 miles away, with many connecting buses from BART.

Overall it was not just a house but a Home.
