Location is often one of the most important factors, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have a property in such an excellent location. For me, the best part was working within walking distance from home and never worrying about getting stuck in morning traffic. It was like a dream come true for me. Moreover, the proximity to major highways and public transportation makes commuting to other parts of the Bay Area easy.

The ease of access to the Caltrain and VTA light rail stations and major highways such as the 101, 87, and 880 means I can quickly get to San Francisco, Fremont, and beyond. Moreover, the neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful parks and scenic trails, perfect for outdoor activities with my son. The excellent location of 1550 Technology Dr was a key factor in making this house feel like a true home.

Hospital within 5 minutes walking distance

Having a hospital within a 5-minute walking distance was a great blessing for my family and me. Knowing we could reach the hospital in an emergency was a huge relief. Living so close to the hospital gave us a sense of security and peace of mind, especially when our parents visited us from another country. It was also convenient for us to see the hospital whenever needed, whether for a regular check-up or a scheduled appointment. We didn’t have to worry about traffic or parking and could easily walk to the hospital. Overall, having the hospital within walking distance was a significant advantage for us, and we are grateful to have such a valuable resource.

Spacious Rooms

I couldn’t be happier with the spacious rooms in my house. From the moment I first walked through the front door, I was struck by the open and airy layout, which made the place feel bright and welcoming. The large living areas are perfect for entertaining guests, and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The high ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness, and the natural light that floods the rooms makes the house feel warm and inviting.

I love having ample room to stretch out and recharge after a long day; the extra space can be used in many ways. I’ve turned one of the rooms into a home office, which has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. I’ve also used the extra space for a workout area, which has been so convenient for staying in shape without going to the gym. Whether entertaining friends, working from home, or simply enjoying a quiet night in, I’m so grateful for the sense of space and comfort that my home provides. It’s a true sanctuary that I’m proud to call my home.

Plenty of storage with custom-built shelving

I cannot stress the importance of enough storage space in a house. When we first purchased the home, we were happy with the closet space available, but we quickly realized that the shelves inside each closet were not very functional. We didn’t want to clutter the house and create an unorganized mess, so we decided to do something about it. We contracted to design and build custom shelving units in the closets, and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. The result was fantastic!

We now have a place for everything, and everything is in its place. The custom shelving not only added to the aesthetic appeal of the closets but also made them more functional. We could easily access our belongings, which saved us a lot of time and energy. We were surprised at how much more storage space we have in our closets now. We could store more things than we ever imagined, making our lives much easier.

Public Park next door

I was thrilled to see a public park next to our community! It was so convenient to have a place where my son could play, exercise, and have fun, just a few steps away from our home. The park is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a variety of play equipment, swings, slides, and climbing frames that my son loves. I often took him there after school, and he enjoyed running around, riding a bicycle, and playing with his friends.

We celebrated his birthday once there with friends and family. In addition to the play equipment, the park has a large grassy area where we often have picnics and play games like Frisbee or soccer. We often ran into our neighbors there and started conversations, and my son even made a few new friends. I’m so grateful to have this wonderful resource next to our community.

A lot of Natural Light

Natural light is one of the standout features of my living space. The abundance of natural light that floods through my windows gives my home a warm and inviting feel that instantly puts me at ease. Not only does it save on electricity bills, but natural light makes every room feel bigger, more open, and more inviting. Beyond the aesthetic appeal, the natural light in my home has also been linked to numerous health benefits.

It’s been shown to improve mood, boost energy levels, and even regulate sleep patterns. As someone who values their mental and physical well-being, knowing that the abundance of natural light in my home did contribute to a healthier lifestyle was a huge bonus.

No wall-attached corner unit

One of the best things about my unit is that we have no wall attached to neighbors. This was a huge relief as it gave us the privacy and peace of mind to relax and unwind in our homes. We never had to worry about any unwanted noise or disturbances from neighboring units, so we could enjoy our space to the fullest extent. This was especially important since I worked from home and needed a quiet environment to focus and be productive.

First-Floor Condo with a big Patio

Who wouldn’t like the first-floor unit with a big patio? As a parent, we wanted the best for our child, and choosing a condo with a first-floor unit and a big balcony brought our son a range of advantages. Firstly, he had easy access to the outdoors, which was vital for his physical and emotional well-being. He enjoyed playing, reading, or gardening in the spacious patio area, a great entertainment and relaxation source.

Moreover, the first-floor unit did eliminate the need for your son to navigate stairs or elevators, which could be challenging and time-consuming. It offered greater security and privacy, as I could monitor his activities more closely. Overall, a condo with a first-floor unit and a big patio provided our son with a safe and enjoyable living space that he loves.

Swimming Pool, Game Room, Gym, and Clubhouse

Our home is nestled within a community that boasts many amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool, a game room, a well-equipped gym, and a welcoming clubhouse. Every day feels like a vacation as I could unwind and relax in the pool, challenge my friends to a game of pool in the game room, stay fit and healthy in the gym, and host fun-filled gatherings in the clubhouse.

Let me tell you about our experience hosting a surprise baby shower for my wife at the club; it was a breeze. Not only did the clubhouse provide a beautiful and spacious setting for the event, but it was also incredibly convenient. Being within walking distance from our home, organizing and transporting all the necessary items for the party was easy.

Guest House

Where do I start? It was a game-changer! Having a guest room facility in our residential community was a blessing in disguise for our family. For those of us who have visiting parents or family members who live far, It offers a convenient, comfortable, and affordable accommodation option without compromising privacy or space. Moreover, it saves us from finding a hotel room during peak season or special occasions. Overall, having this facility available in the community makes hosting guests a hassle-free experience.

Clean and Quiet Gated Community

We appreciate most is; the sense of safety and security that comes with living in a gated community. I let my son play outside without worrying about him wandering off or getting into danger. The community is well-maintained and clean, with beautiful landscaping and manicured lawns that create a serene atmosphere. It’s also very quiet, with minimal noise pollution from traffic or neighbors, which helps us relax and unwind after a long day. Living in this gated community was a wonderful experience for my family.

HOA

One of the most valuable aspects of my HOA was its coverage for costly expenses such as flood insurance, water bills, Gas Hot water, sewer bills, and water softener. With my HOA covering these costs, we could enjoy the benefits of living in a well-maintained community without worrying about the financial strain of unexpected expenses. HOA does provide a cheap Bike room and storage room rental option for me to get additional storage if needed.
