The living experience in the community

We have had a very positive experience here. It is a very diverse and close-knit community that celebrates events like Halloween, Christmas, and New Year together and makes it enjoyable for everyone- adults, children, and pets. Also, the district has thematic WhatsApp groups to communicate about common needs, concerns & questions. The HoA and board work well to take care of the needs of the community members.

The community has a good mix of young professionals with pets, kids, and elders. There is a nice kids’ play area with a small park in our courtyard, our favorite place to mingle with our neighbors casually. There is a well-maintained clubhouse that has served us well in hosting parties. In addition, pet parents have a dedicated pet park. Additionally, the community is expansive and spacious to walk and bike around.

In addition, the community is conveniently located to shopping, health clubs/gyms, entertainment, Sunnyvale downtown restaurants, and tech companies, allowing for more quality time in the home.
