Because this is one of the largest neighborhoods, you’ll find a variety of home styles priced from $1.5 million-$5 million on average. You’ll find properties build 20 and many homes have larger lots with beautiful views. Most homes have two or three car garages, establish landscaping and larger backyards. Schools
While most students are part of the Cupertino Union School District, this neighborhood is actually served by seven different districts. However, most students are assigned to the Montclaire elementary school or the Stevens Creek elementary school, the John F. Kennedy middle school, and the Montevista high school. These schools receive a 9 or 10 out of 10 by great schools.org with an average parent rating of 3 to 5 stars. These are some of the top rated schools in the area for academics and educational programs as well as graduation rates.
Nearby
one of the best things about Oak Valley is its close proximity to recreational activities. However, it’s not to rural that you’re not close to services and amenities.
The Oak Canyon Park is located right in the neighborhood and it features the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, historical gravesites, unique trailheads, the flying field, and much more. But that’s even just outside of Oak Valley. Right with in the neighborhood is the small Varian Park, the book Blackberry Farm Golf Course and recreational pool, the Deep Cliff golf course and the McClellan ranch preserve.
At the intersection of Highway 85 and Stevens Creek Boulevard, you’ll find a few restaurants but less than 10 minutes away along S De Anza Boulevard are the majority of shops, restaurants, the Home Depot, markets, Trader Joe’s, and H Mart. De Anza College is also located on the other side of the freeway.
